2 oz Gin
1/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz honey syrup (1 pt honey, 1 pt hot water)
3/4 oz dry mead
Add gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and mead to shaker. Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy!
